1. Q  When will I receive confirmation of my order?
   A  A confirmation will be emailed to you within 15 minutes after placing an order, provided your email address is given.
2. Q  How do I track the status of my order?
   A  Please have your order number ready and contact us by telephone during office hours or email.
3. Q  Can the goods be delivered to the designated location if I cannot pick up by myself?
   A  Free delivery will be offered for any purchase over HKD1,000. For the amount below HKD1,000, an additional HKD100 will be charged for each delivery. You may appoint someone to pick up upon presenting a copy of your email confirmation.
4. Q  How do I change the delivery address of my order?
   A  Please contact us by telephone 2504 6140 or by email: asd@zungfu.com. We shall also call you to confirm the address before delivery.
5. Q  When can I pick up my order after the confirmation?
   A  Normally, the shipment takes about 2-4 weeks for processing. A pick-up notice will be sent to you by e-mail, followed by a phone call.
6. Q  How do I know the size of the clothes?
   A  Please refer to the size chart for reference.
